      Let's face it, we all say it. That we can run a sports team better than the guys currently running the team. Heck some of us run team via video game like Madden. However, do we? Especially during a dynasty where you keep in the dynasty as long as you can until the player retires or too old to give your team anything or start trading/releasing for younger talent. Also, there's the Miami Marlins who after they win a Championship they start to trade most of their talent. Heck, they have done it without even being close to the playoffs. Then again, most teams not named the Yankees, Red Sox have that problem. Then again, Baseball doesn't have a salary cap per se other sports do. For the 1990s Bulls, it was no different.   Or is it the Hangover game or the Food Poisoning game? The Stomach Bug Game? Maybe. Altitude Sickness game? It seems like Game 5 of the 1997 NBA Finals has been called quite of a few names and unsure if we will ever get the truth of what really happened. Regardless of the name, it was one of Michael Jordan's greatest games even though he was 50 percent and probably less than that. Jordan scored 38 points in the games including a game-winning three-pointer with 25 seconds remaining in the game and he did it playing all but four minutes in the game which is amazing. The Bulls won 90-88 and ended up winning the series in Game 6 in Chicago with a much healthier Jordan who scored 39 points winning their fifth title in seven years. Now Michael Jordan had another name for the game: The Food Poisoning game. Also, Jalen Rose has another name of that game called the Hangover Game.       With the Lakers, Celtics, and the Pistons winning titles since their 80s heydays ended and the 76ers are in contention as is the Milwaukee Bucks who didn't win a title in the 1980s but when to the Conference Finals three of the four seasons between 1982 to 1986, just couldn't get pass the Sixers nor the Celtics. If they still Kareem Abdul-Jabbar, they probably would have and maybe won some titles. However, the Bulls haven't won an NBA title since Michael Jordan left. It's been 22 years and counting. They had some good seasons after Jordan including a trip to the Eastern Conference Finals in the 2010-11 season where they lost to Lebron's Miami Heat in five games. Let's face it, it was going to be a long fall from grace rather they waited to another season or started with the rebuilt after the 1997-98 season or bring back half of the team like said if they were able to keep Phil, Michael, and possibly Dennis.      I know I know it's going to debate for a long time between those two. Plus you can make the case of greatest NBA players for Bill Russell (he does have 11 rings out of the 13 seasons he played), Oscar Robertson, Kareem Abdul-Jabber, Wilt Chamberlain (no one else has averaged 50 a game for a season), Doctor J (Julius Erving), Magic Johnson, Larry Bird, and Kobe Bryant. I'll throw in Kobe because why not and Jordan consider him his little brother. There are debates for who the greatest is every sport expect maybe Baseball (Babe Ruth, that's my story I'm sticking to it). Maybe Boxing as well with Muhammad Ali. Both of them came from the NBA drafts considered the best of all-time. Michael from the 1984 Draft and Lebron from the 2003 NBA.
